Marie Kondo says to only keep things that bring you joy, but I find it difficult to get rid of things because I ALWAYS attempt to justify its purpose. I think I might be a hoarder, What should I do?

Separate your things into 3 categories: 1) I have used this item in the past week 2) I have used this item in the past month 3) I haven’t used this item in more than a month. You don’t have to get rid of the items in the 3rd category but hopefully this helps a bit
