I just push myself to do it, as I know it is helpful. Also, I am trying really hard to accomplish all of my tasks.
I do have a problem with procrastination at times, especially when my health issues flare up and zap my energy. But I am really committed to this program, though on some days I find it overwhelming.

Throw on some music and set a timer for 30 mins. I also eliminate distractions like phone or email unless they have to do with my deep work

I review each day my list of dreams. I imagine them and that put me on a different mood with a lot of energy. Also I count down from 5 to 0 and I just start.
