How do you keep a routine light and fun? I would love to maintain my morning routine; I experience a lot of benefits from it. However, because of my rebellious nature against structure and the routine’s ‘rigidity’ (as in, something you need to do every day) I quit, to only start over again weeks later. How do I overcome this hurdle and stay consistent?

You can keep your routine light and fun by not adding to much to your routine. I personally have a very light morning routine that works great for me. You can keep it light by maybe just stretching first thing in the morning and then planning your day at first and then add more once you feel ready. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to switch up your routine. I personally always follow the same steps but I may not always do them in the same order everyday because then I get bored and quit. In my opinion your still having a routine because your doing the same things everyday but not always on the same order
