How do you handle self-consciousness at the gym while surrounded by fit people who know what they are doing?

Do not compare yourself to them, you are special in your own way. Try and interact with people instead of drawing yourself away from them, because since they know what they are doing they can give you some tips to accomplishing your goal, if they shut you down or bully you don't mind what they say, instead take charge of your life and start where you want to start. Remember do not hesitate to get some guidance from others. Now go on and self good about yourself.
