I don’t stay in bed for long after waking up. Then I make my bed so I don’t get back in. I eat, brush my teeth, wash my face and get my hands and face wet with cold water. I stretch afterwords to get ready for the day!
I start off by writing my to do list a night before , I it helps the brain to be active , for all the to do list in the morning, I then start by drinking water, and putting on my favorite music it really helps me , be more active in the morning…..
