First I listen to some soothing music after 2– 3 min my body and mind feels relaxed … Then I sit in mediating position and continue meditation with the relaxed mind and body.
You can start from small ones, like 1 to 5 minute meditations, you can find it on YouTube, google, or this app, fabulous. And then you could start doing longer ones or anything else more and make meditation a habit. Good luck:)
