How do you find motivation to make it a daily habit? If you don’t complete that task and achieve your golden triangle does it bother you? And if not how do you make peace with it?

Some days it’s honestly just getting it done and grinding through it. Other days it’s more enjoyable. Over time the habit builds and it becomes enjoyable the majority of the time.
I honestly have yet to get a golden triangle. For me each day is different so one day I may do all but one thing and the next day I may do the thing I skipped but miss something else. It’s not so much “making peace with it” but more just being understanding and realistic with yourself.
