I’m not a big fan of peeling and cutting, so I blend a mix of veggies and fruits (no extra sugar). Usually I mix carrots, spinach, ginger, orange juice, pineapple and strawberries. But you can add whatever you find in your local market. It’s a good idea to balance sweet fruits with bitter or acid veggies.

I slice some fruits like strawberries or apples into my plain yoghurt and I like to make an omelet with spinach and/or mushrooms, sometimes bell peppers.

I add cherry tomatoes to my plate or veggies (spinach, mushroom, broccoli, etc.) if I’m fixing eggs. Add orange slices to your plate -just like you get in a restaurant. I add raisins, craisins or fresh fruit to cereal. And nuts for fiber and crunch! Same for yogurt. This way I can usually get two servings of fruit and/or veggies in before lunch!

I eat some fruit frequently. Sometimes I eat grapes, banana, blueberries or strawberries. Really I never eat vegetables for breakfast. Maybe some onions and tomatoes but just woth eggs. That's all

I don’t eat them every day, but when I do I either have a heap of veggies fried in coconut oil with spices, or I have fruits / some veggies in smoothies. I want to increase my intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Today i had a scrambled egg sandwich. For the first time, i put tomatos on it and made it last night. So it was a first for me. I’ll try to make a way to keep this everyday as possible.

I eat them by themselves or I put them as a side with some scrambled eggs. I also will cut a banana or some blueberries and add them to oatmeal.

I often have fruit with yogurt or eggs with veggies. Sometimes if I go with eggs and veggies I have a small side of fruit.

I stick to a mostly keto diet, so I honestly don’t eat many fruits, other than berries. My go to is a vanilla yogurt with cut up strawberries Monday-Friday. On the weekends I’ll add in some spinach with my eggs

I eat a Apple or two. Sometimes I eat another fruit like Banana, Orange or grapes. I really like fruits. They give me energy for The whole Day.

If I have time, I like to chop peppers, brocolli, zuccini, spinach, mushrooms, or whatever I have, fry for a minute or two, and add eggs. Quicker option is a smoothie with blueberries, protein powder, and spinach or greens powder mix
