How do you disconnect & unplug if you have to use your phone to check the evening routine as done?

I check the app and then I put my phone and everything somewhere where I won’t look at it and then I go back to my phone after awhile and check it off.

Mark it done as complete before it is actually done as the one night I didn’t mark as complete was because I fell asleep after disconnecting and winding down
