How do you deal with getting yourself to bed on time? When you’re a night owl who hates it.

Where deal with getting to sleep is by making sure I’m not on any devices at least 3 hours before I go to bed unless I’m wearing my blue light glasses. Sometimes I will just open my window and close my eyes and force myself to go to sleep and I’ll just be so bored that I’ll just fall asleep. But then again all my reasons are kind of only what I can do it’s all up to your body and how you can deal with it.
