How do you calm the monkey mind with ritual?

By staying on present moment. Focusing on the purpose of the ritual makes me keep calm the monkey mind with ritual. I see that to keep calm is so important so that i can control myself. I can let things out by being calm.

Meditation 3 times a day a 15 minutes.

Observing the in and outflow of the breath at the nose.

Count eatch breath until 50, repeat.

Change negative thoughts to positive. Whenever negative feelings arise, which is the indicator that you have negative thoughts, think actively about as many positive things as possible until the feelings and the thoughts change to positive.
