How do you break free from procrastination
Breaking free from procrastination involves creating a structured routine that incorporates meaningful daily rituals. Start by identifying specific tasks you tend to delay and break them into smaller, manageable steps. Use habit stacking by pairing these tasks with established habits to create a seamless flow. Set clear goals and establish a consistent time for study or learning. Remember, consistency is key; celebrate small wins to build momentum and reinforce your commitment to productive habits.
Procrastination has been a huge problem for me and I have been trying to stop it,one of the ways is that I try to do that certain work early and I won’t allow the procrastination get to me before I start the work Another way is that I make sure the work is fun and lively and giving myself a reward for it for me to do it either by breaking it ,bit by bit and telling myself that I have a reward at the end of it .
