How do you block everything out ?

Nobody can block everything out ig as soon as you catch yourself drifting just try to get back on track. I personally imagine a white ball and whenever my thoughts drift I imagine it moving and to refocus I bring it back to it's original spot I haven't really tried it out a lot yet ( only 2 days ) but I think it will work. I'm the type of person who's thoughts keep jumping so it's gonna be hard but I like it so I still want the ability to have my thoughts jump around and help me imagine new things but being able to focus and flesh out a good thought would be epic 🙂
