Usually when I’m having a bad day i go to sleep for 2h Then I walk up take A shower take a deep breath do some yoga and set listen to my favorite song and do some shopping then I feel much better

It's hard, but I try to think of the most trivial things and be grateful for them. For example, I can walk. I can breathe without medical assistance. Start with the things you take for granted and go from there.

I vary my exercise programme depending on how I feel. Sometimes restorative stretching, other times kettlebells or tabata based but always with a warmup and cool-down .
