Hi, there! Thank you so much for asking me this question. I usually do a sequence of 6 stretching yoga poses:
1. Rag doll
2. Downward facing dog
3. Thread the needle
4. Cat-Cow stretch
5. Child’s pose
6. Seated spinal twist
I start like this and it’s obvious that I don’t stretch just for a minute. It feels so good, that after the first one, you’ll want to do the 5 next without thinking of the time you’re spending.
