How did you overcome one of your obstacles in exercising?

The thought of exercise use to be overwhelming for me especially with the itch I experienced when my body heats up and the body pains afterwards. Let’s not even talk about the amount of time spent. So I decided to choose exercise that can easily be inculpuruated into my daily life. I work and due to my nature of job, I walk a lot. So I take every opportunity I can to walk. Then I inculpuruated stretching, I would do 5mins stretches when I wake up because it feels more natural. Then I inculpuruated 5mins workout. Slowly but surely I started going up the chain. So my advice, start small, start with what feels natural.
