How consistent are you at sticking with one workout routine? Do you vary?

I am pretty consistent with it, having the same workout everyday gives me confidence and i find it much more organized when it's all planned out

I like to consistently go to the gym because if I’m there I’m exercising wether that be in a yoga class or weightlifting I don’t necessarily think you need to be consistent with a workout but more showing up to exercise in some for 5-7 times a week
