A to do list ☑️ should be 2-3 actionable actions (Ex. *Morning routine, * Breakfast, *Check emails etc) If you do not have a morning routine start slowly. (Ex. *Drink Water, *Wash face, *Brush teeth , *Get dressed *Feed pets) . Start doing what works best for you. For me there are days that I don’t do all the steps, or only do the routine that I need the most.
