What helps me is just tidying one small part every day and once its clean just try to maintain tidying, even if its just wiping it down with a lysol wipe it definitely helps you feel like its clean

Do a gratitude list everyday or sometimes really put effort in to putting 5 minutes into just getting tidy reserve a time just to tidy up this will help doing something that makes you better will most likely help you have a better outcome and be able to manage a lot more
