How can I learn to meditate correctly or in a way that will help me de-stress with all of my finals and schoolwork?!

I’m still learning and getting closer with meditation. But what I believe is that you have to make it a priority to get alone, in silence, at a quiet place for at least 5 min a day. Like a basic need of going to the bathroom, eating or get dressed. Then, the hardest part, is to focus on the breathing and ignore the wondering mind. I’ve been using the free guided meditations here on fabulous, before bed. And it’s working....at a very slow pace. Good luck :) if my anxious mind can do it, you’ll do it too!
