What kind of stretches would you recommend for someone who has very limited mobility in their joints/overweight/unfit etc…

Well, first things first I get up early. If you get up at least 3 hours earlier than you usually do, you'll have enough time the stretch, get ready, make and eat your breakfast, and maybe even get some extra work done! And all I do in the morning is stretch my wrist, my legs, etc.
