Have you benefited from meditation? If so, how? (What kind of meditation do you do?)

Yes, it makes me feel very relaxed when and sometimes leads to tiredness, but after a couple minutes or two after meditating, I feel stress free and awake. I’m meditating, I use my a meditation app called Whealthy, you can do other things in the app such as exercising, tracking your water, tracking your heart rate, and a find the difference brain game. The app gives you coins and you can purchase prizes with them delivered to your house, but that’s not the best part of the app. The best part, in my opinion, is that you can do all the meditations in the app without having to pay. Well, you can do anything in the app without having to pay. I highly encourage people to try Whealthy out!

Meditation has helped ne control my anger while also still knowing my feelings are valid. I do a lot of guided meditations. I usually do the meditations that are on my spotify wellness playlist or I look them up on youtube

Yes, meditation 🧘‍♂️ helped me be more focused and conscious about my habits ;I am working on getting rid of bad habits. I meditate 5 to 10 minutes breathing meditation with no any sound or music.
