Typically I just run until I can’t run anymore. So I would say the best answer is to just listen to yourself and that should work

Depends on your fitness level. If you’re new to it, probably just a jog around the block, nothing too long or strenuous, not even a mile. Intermediate level, step it up a bit, push yourself a little harder, maybe do a mile or so at a consistent pace, but don’t overdo it and kill yourself in the process

Anywhere between 1 to 3 km run is good for everyday running. Once in a week, preferably on Saturday, 5 to 7 km cross country run is good.
