During busy days and nights, I have an option to complete my sleep and get up late or get up at my usual time and focus on completing my daily tasks. Which one is more important out of the above?

Personally I say always complete your sleep because it’s so important (sleep is also my favorite thing so I’m biased) but that’s not always plausible for everyone so at least put into consideration the importance of the tasks are cause if they can be done later without hurting you then I say SLEEP!!!

I feel like 7 to 8 hours of sleep is always an important factor that determines how well one’s day could go, so I wouldn’t pass up on that. Sleep helps with cognitive brain function and overall mood as far as I know.

However, with everything considered, I would still advise you to dedicate 5 to 10 minutes of your busy day to at least one or two habits to start your morning well. You don’t have to go through the entire list, but even doing one or two of your habits is going to be beneficial to you (I.e drinking water first thing in the morning, prepping your breakfast from the night before so you can take it on the go the following morning, five minutes of stretching). These habits might seem banal but they do a mountain of difference on the long run in terms of energy levels and overall mood.
