My to-do list is a balanced combination of both personal and work habits. It’s important to take the time to manage both, because as people we aren’t just rational, we are also emotional beings. Because of that, it’s truly important to balance your work habits with your personal ones, so that you take care not only of your mind and your responsibilities, but also your physical and mental health.

My to do list consists of both personal and work tasks. Every morning when I plan out my day, I write down my big 3 tasks that are the highest priority. After I check those off, I go on to the others that are left. I have weekly goals that I set for the week in a list than each day, I pull from that list.
