Does it help you more to physically write it down on paper or is it just as effective if you keep it on your phone or computer?

If you means to-do list, I say do what you are happier and more likely to look at! I bought a planner I’ve loved using for years, so it’s part of my unplugging time at the end of the day to review my to-do list (or peek at it when I feel unfocused) and make a revised one for the day ahead. But if something on your phone, tablet, or computer is going to get more use, do that! Play around with different ways.
