Does anyone have exercise ideas for someone with chronic pain and fatigue? I usually just do what I’ve learned in Physical therapy. But, I’m interested in anyone else’s plan!

If you just starting then I recommend yoga before exercising. I have scoliosis so it's hard to do most activities. There's this YouTuber called "yoga with adrienne" she does both beginner and advance yoga. Start slowly before advancing, good luck
