Do you like to add anything other then writing to your journal? Like pictures or drawings?

I like to add a picture of how I’m feeling. A happy face for happy. A worried face for worried. An anxious face for anxious. An angry face for angry. etc. it helps me see that my moods transform and that nothing is permanent. That way when I’m sad I know it’s impermanent.

Yes it helps me if I add little doodles on the page and lots of colour . I make it neat though because it helps to keep me calm but it is whatever suits u best
