Stretching is a thing people always do, so it is pretty hard to tell a favourite stretch, so pretty much I find my favourite stretch must be the cobra stretch
I like to do a full body stretch where I just reach up my hands whilst firmly keeping my feet on the ground and then just swinging my arms around and around 🙂
