Do you focus on one particular exercise (push-ups, jumping jacks, etc.) or do you have a short routine covering different muscle groups?

I don't focus on one particular exercise ,but i have a routine for every muscle group. I recommend to focus on all the exercises from your workout or little short routine.

Of course yes. I am focusing my health and i work for it. That is hard to me but i want to keep going. Yeah i have a my own routine

I prefer more complete routines that are time effective. That’s why I start every day with the 7 mins exercise routine. Once I’ll get exercising as a habit, I would like to incorporate some class of Pilates, a great practice as it is complete, built on wellbeing and addressing all my concerns: muscle strength, flexibility, endurance and elongated figure.
