Do you feel like reaching your goals is really in your hands?

Robim C.
Personally, I believe reaching your goals is just as much about what's already within you, as what you are okay, or comfortable with.
I think its important to be able to recognize when you are making an effort, and improving.
I believe in order to reach our goals, we have to be willing to see that no one is perfect, and we all have set backs, even if we do t all view them the same.
For some of us, it can be that we had a moment of weakness, we stumbled, and were potentially disappointed in ourselves, and that's alright.
It's okay to stumble, as long as we know what those mishaps tend to be, we will know how to fall so we can get back up, and carry on.
I know it can be a little embarrassing to have to at least admit to yourself that you've found yourself jammed up, but we also have to know how to recover from the mishaps, and not linger for too long, or the moment will slip by, and the longer we just stare at our goals instead of even just a minuscule step towards our objective really is just kind of anxiety-building for some of us, because we feel like we "have to get there" but we forget to enjoy the journey up as well.
At least that's my opinion

I believe the best person to change my life is me, it is best to start with a one or two changes, and only add to them, when I feel like they have become settled habits. From my experience trying to change too many things at once leads to failure, but even if you have a bad day, where you have not been able meet your targets, there is no reason why you shouldn't get back on that horse the following day, and continue that fabulous journey.
