Yes, especially when I see progress. When the workouts get easier, or when muscles and veins start popping through my legs or arms, I know I’m doing something right. It’s also nice to show off at the gym and get the attention of hunnies 😉 Focus on the motivation, not the pain. They’re both only temporary so you may as well.
Yes. It helps us to feel more motivated and it helps us to achieve a healthier lifestyle. It allows me to give myself more energy and keeps me more focused when I am about to begin a new day. If we exercise every day, we could see the benefit of exercising. It helps improve our body system and keeps us in shape.
