Depends on what you mean. If that means clothes you wear outside then I eat breakfast before. I’m Russian and russians separate clothes for outside and clothes for home. I have day home wear and pajamas. I work remotely so clothes helps me differentiate between job and rest. I usually eat my breakfast after I put on day home wear.
It depends. On the days I wake up early (5:30/6am) I eat after I get dressed, but if I wake up after 6:40/7am I have breakfast before I get dressed because my son is awake by then and we enjoy having breakfast together before getting ready and getting on with our day.
