in my point of view i think doing exercise before breakfast is a good and healthy option because doing exercise after breakfast can cause digestion problem but doing it before breakfast will get you motivated and you get to strengten by eating breakfast after wards

If anything a protein shake or something small before may be helpful. I know for me working out on a full stomach gives me stomach cramps and nausea – So, I do that and then eat a big breakfast after workin out.
