Lol the questions aren’t for other users silly lmao…but if you want 5 minute meditations I think that headspace is a good place to find them…they also have long ones. But if you’re not feelin headspace then YouTube has a lot of meditation stuff

I think I understood your question but I'm not sure. Yes, there are shorter meditations, on YouTube you can find lots of videos related to meditation.

Yes, that's a good idea. Especially for people like, who were never much into meditation in the first place, long times of meditation become boring.
