Honestly…whatever you’re comfortable with. I try to give my head space and blank out for a count of 20 breaths. Some prefer the love and compassion meditation. Others prefer a 20 minute body scan meditation.
Hi🙂 I try to meditate twice a day once in the afternoon and another time at the evening. I'm taking small steps as a beginner and meditate for approximately 10 minutes per session.
First thing I do when I wake up, after my glass of water that has been sitting by my bedside, is sit up and do 10 to 12 minutes of meditation. First thing when I get in bed for the evening is meditate again. It's become a routine that I never break. If I have to get up early for something, I just set tge alarm for 10 minutes earlier.
there are so many incredible ten minute guided meditations on this app. You can start with those, once you’ve cultivated a daily habit, try extending the time. Do ten minutes guided and then stay in the meditation for as long as you can.
If you need a suggestion, I added a habit called ‘Think about your purpose’ there are great meditations under there.
