I like to add visualization to my morning routine and I only do it for 1 minute so it doesn’t take long. If you have a clear idea of one of your goals, such as losing weight, just sit comfortably, set a timer, close your eyes and picture your future self after you have attained this goal. Think about how you look, feel and what you are doing.
