Before this app I have never heard about visualization, I only knew about meditation. How do I incorporate visualization into my everyday routine?

It’s pretty simple. Visualize your ideal reality as vividly as you can. Do it before bed every night so it goes straight into the subconscious mind.

I like to add visualization to my morning routine and I only do it for 1 minute so it doesn’t take long. If you have a clear idea of one of your goals, such as losing weight, just sit comfortably, set a timer, close your eyes and picture your future self after you have attained this goal. Think about how you look, feel and what you are doing.
