I think that fruits like bananas, pears, persimmons, strawberries are a good type of quick breakfast. I mean any kind of fruit is good as long as you like it.
Any fruit and cream oat meal made with almond milk or quick oats with a little brown sugar cinnamon bits of Apple or blueberries
Savory: two scrambled eggs or one piece of tempeh (80 gr) quickly grilled with some carbs like rice cakes, wasa or bread and one fruit. Sweet: oats or cereals with vegetable milk and fresh fruit and nuts. Soy yogurt with granola, banana and peanut butter.
