So depending on how fast I want to get breakfast taken care of I usually go for fruit and some type of yogurt. If you have time then frying up some potatoes and bacon is heavenly

I like to have a granola bar before I eat anything else. Its small enough I can just grab on the go, but also gives me enough energy to start my day.

Oats, any way you like, either with any kind of milk or even water. To make it palatable, you can add bits of dark chocolate too. I try to have Green juice every morning too – celery, spinach, kale, cucumbers, green apple and a small bit of ginger for that little spice kick. I juice it up because I donโt like eating all of it ๐
if you are able to eat a green salad in the morning, you can.

I like to go with peanut butter toast and some sort of fruit- usually a banana or apple. The peanut butter keeps me full for the morning, and the fruit gives me an energy boost that I almost always need!

A plain yogurt with your favorite fruits! Just cut them and mix them up. Add granola if you like! Super easy, fun, and delicious
