Peanut butter + banana, or a thick slice of grilled cottage cheese with a side of tomatoes and boiled red kidney beans for protein

hey! i don’t like eggs either so i’m with ya. some of my favorites are granola(coconut and chia from aldi), fruit(blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, raspberries), parfaits, and smoothies(favorite is super simple-almond milk and frozen fruitπŸ˜‹, but you can add on anything you want). hope this helps! 😁

there are so many options: avocado toast, smoothie bowl, vegan pancakes, fruit salad, oatmeal, a healthy granola bar or just fruit and nuts....

I like to go with peanut butter toast and some sort of fruit- usually a banana or apple. The peanut butter keeps me full for the morning, and the fruit gives me an energy boost that I almost always need!

So depending on how fast I want to get breakfast taken care of I usually go for fruit and some type of yogurt. If you have time then frying up some potatoes and bacon is heavenly

Very nutritious and easy to access breakfast options include boiled sprouts, banana, soaked almonds and any local breakfast item of your region

I like to have a granola bar before I eat anything else. Its small enough I can just grab on the go, but also gives me enough energy to start my day.

Oats, any way you like, either with any kind of milk or even water. To make it palatable, you can add bits of dark chocolate too. I try to have Green juice every morning too - celery, spinach, kale, cucumbers, green apple and a small bit of ginger for that little spice kick. I juice it up because I don’t like eating all of it πŸ˜… if you are able to eat a green salad in the morning, you can.
