What are different ways for me to get energy through the day without having caffeine?

Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Eat high Protein and fiber meals. Get sunlight. Drink water and exercise. Meditation, walking to work and Qigong help me with mindfulness and moving energy through out my body . Walking is good cardio!

Caffeine for me personally is short lived. I have a quick bount of energy and it is gone within 20 minutes. Resulting in me making more coffee. No. 1: water is something that has helped me for a good long time now. When I feel myself go down on energy I drink water. No. 2: a quick walk around the room or jumping jacks or stretch out legs doing leg raises. No. 3: take a quick round around the block. The fresh air and activity helps me keep my energy up.
