Set schedule. However, it’s important to have flexibility in your set schedule as well as a “minimum” number of runs per week. For instance, you can say you’re going to run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but you need to do at least two runs for the week.

So if something happens on Monday and you aren’t able to run, you can either shift that run, or be okay with the two remaining runs you have.
