I am a regular exerciser but sometime I fall out of the routine. What is the best way to get back in?

do everything you can to get other obligations out of the way to make time for the routinely exercise. it's personally become a priority so i make sure to do my studies and other tasks well in advance for going to the gym. going with friends is also a major factor, as they give me additional discipline i can use to fuel my workouts. going back to the reason for starting also helps; it gives me the inspiration and motivation to reach my fitness goals then look back on my journey. hope this helps, and know that you got this šŸ˜„

You can try to set alarms, and build a sequential routine, for example you wake up, wash your face, have breakfast then exercise / go to the gym . So your mind will be ready when you start for the exercise step. I recommend ā€œatomic habitā€ book. Hope this helps.

For me I remind myself as to why Iā€™m exercising, so in my case I do it for my health and because it makes me feel good about myself. Seeing the progress, seeing the positives to working out keeps me hungry. The drive in my head makes me want to keep feeling good about myself and keep staying healthy, so when Iā€™m feeling like I donā€™t want to go or if Iā€™m not feeling up to it some days I just remind myself as to why Iā€™m working out.
