I work at a do it shop, so eating breakfast keeps me from snacking or even thinking about it. When I don’t eat before work I tend to eat donuts as they are right in front of me. So having eaten already I do t usually get cravings until later. If I do get snack cravings after having breakfast, I try to push them off as long as possible with the intention of “wait til lunch” I also try and meal prep lunches so if I’m hungry I eat that instead of reaching for something easy. That’s usually my problem- Time. So if it’s ready I tend not to snack
