It has to be intentional. You have to decide that you want to feel healthy and free in your body.You will not always have time, you have to make it. Maybe get out of bed and stretch for 2 min. It will make your body feel good. It will ask for more. Then, get out of your room, have water, take a short 5 min walk. It’ll help you warm up. If you don’t have much time , just do a sun salutation or two and go on with your day. Keep a jump rope if your like a little cardio( changed things for when I didn’t feel like doing-its quick).If not, dance on your favourite song to start your day. If you cannot do it at the start, find timee comfortable for you. Squeeze in little movement throughout your day- choose the stairway instead of lift, get up from your chair and do a stretch, feeling burdened shake or jump, unable to regulate though_ walk. Movement really changed the way you see things and live life. Build up your time when you have more to invest. Go to a gym. Take a class if you struggle to do things alone. Exercise isn’t limited to weight training. Calisthenics, yoga, dance , aerobics, zumba ; do whatever your heart desires.
