What options have the vegans to keep it nutritive on breakfast?

Fruits, berries, yogurts, nuts, seeds. Are all great breakfast ideas for vegans, for something more warming, porridge made with plant milk. Maybe beans on vegan toast.

Try to keep your plate balanced, balance doesn’t have to mean animal products though! I would try to incorporate things like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. For example, a bowl of oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon is filling and healthy; a plate of fruit can be a great way to start your day with energy and vitamins; some celery or apple slices with nut butter can be a good on the go option; and you can always add a side of nuts, and/or dried fruits like strawberries mango or pineapple!
