That depends on what you count as exercise. Actual exercise routines are still short because I’m still early on in making it a habit, and I have to be mindful of gradually increasing due to a heart disease I was diagnosed with as a child. However, my cardiologist wants me to walk at least 10,000 steps perday, and I frequently hit that just by nature of my job. Some jobs are active enough to give exercise benefits.
