I used to feel similar. It’s just to heavy to even think about cleaning some days and the best we can do is to skip it. So let’s start on tiny things… One at a time… Like decide to keep something tiny at its own place… Maybe a pen in its penstand. Try it for 3 days then add another to it. I bet by end of the week u will be so happy that u could keep the pen at its own place everyday. Celebrate that win. It will change everything!!!

Imagine how good this will feel after it’s done asap. Less stress for the day ahead and you feel that you accomplished a task your family would be proud of if they come home. It’s easier to exercise and be in a clean space

I get that. Same here. There is so much to inendated our thoughts, it’s overwhelming. Save a specific time for it. Make cleaning your peace instead of a burden. Observe your thoughts and cherry yourself on, especially when you don’t want to do it.
