You can eat sprout or vegetables salad if it suits you. But in my case I usually have sattu i.e powder of roasted chick peas, soya beans, corn, peanut, wheat and other grains as per liking. It is prepared by mixing adequate amount of water and sattu in a glass and adding lemon juice, salt and any kind of sweetness (optional) .It is rich in protein, fiber, and healthy carbs which helps to keep stable palate through out the day.
