Your body is usually like “frozen” in the early morning so you shouldn’t force it, unless you have done other exercises before stretching, like walking or running. If you did not run or walk, you may count from 10 to 30 seconds. If you last a whole minute or two on each stretch, that is excellent! The longer you last on each stretching position, the more elastic your body becomes in the long term.

I think it comes to you if you’re a beginner then you should start small by 15 to 30 seconds then increase the time limit to stretch every week so it can be even better for your health and you will not get overwhelming from beginning
