How do you feel if you don’t keep up with journaling?

I dont really feel bad about it. I understand that sometimes im tired, or my thoughts are too big, or if i started journaling, i wouldnt be kind to myself, because journaling is written thoughts, and sometimes i need to let some time pass before i give attention to those thoughts. I can see how this might sound like avoidance, but if i can keep my peace for a little longer and not ruin my mood, i prefer to ignore those thoughts for a little while or even a longer amount of time, then reflect and help myself.
